Grow Therapy Plans $24.9M NYC Expansion, 123 Jobs
Grow Therapy plans a $24.9 million expansion in Manhattan, relocating to a 78,000-square-foot office at 145 Delancey Street on the Lower East Side and creating 123 full-time jobs, according to a November 4 announcement by New York State.

Investment Supports Office and AI Research
The investment comprises $15 million for office improvements and interior construction and $9.9 million for research and development focused on proprietary artificial intelligence tools and automating clinicians’ administrative work.

The state’s performance-based tax credits connect the proposed economic assistance to the company’s fulfillment of applicable program commitments rather than providing unconditional upfront funding.
Expansion Builds on Earlier Commitments
The move shifts Grow Therapy’s corporate operations from the Financial District to the Lower East Side, where its larger premises will also accommodate software engineering activities.

Across both expansion projects, Grow Therapy has committed to 309 new jobs, retaining 94 existing positions and investing a combined $40.9 million in New York operations.
The latest employment target concerns future positions in technology, marketing and operations, rather than jobs already filled.
