The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi declared on Friday that Al Hind Tours and Travel LLC will assume responsibility for all passport, visa, and document attestation operations throughout the UAE beginning July 1, 2026.

As this logistical changeover takes effect, the incoming agency will replace the existing vendors. BLS International, which currently manages visa and passport processing, alongside SGIVS Global, which administers attestation workflows, will officially cease operations after business hours on June 25, 2026.

Diplomatic authorities confirmed that standard public bookings for these consular workflows will be entirely unavailable from June 26 to June 30, 2026, to facilitate the structural migration.

Nevertheless, critical and emergency consular assistance will remain accessible, handled directly by the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai during the interim transition phase.

Dubai operations will feature two prominent facilities located in Bur Dubai and the Dubai Investment Park (DIP), whereas Sharjah will be anchored by dual sites in Al Majaz and Rolla.

The remaining network will span the northern emirates, with active branches situated in Ajman (Al Jurf), Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Khor Fakkan (Corniche), Kalba, and Ras Al Khaimah.

The extensive network expansion aims to accommodate more than 3.5 million Indian residents, who constitute roughly 40% of the entire UAE population.

To manage the volume, the primary Bur Dubai site will comprise 12,000 square feet hosting more than 45 service counters. This operational ramp-up is expected to generate 300 roles for job seekers.
